Our New Apprentices: Kickoff to a Successful Future
On August 1st, 2025, the time had finally come: three motivated young people began their apprenticeships at the Finke Group.
We warmly welcome René, Bernhard, and Jona! Over the next 3 to 3.5 years, depending on the apprenticeship duration, they will start their training as a Precision Mechanic (specializing in Toolmaking), Warehouse Logistics Specialist, and Industrial Clerk.
During this time, the new apprentices will not only expand their technical and commercial knowledge, but also learn and strengthen practical skills.
This marks an important phase in their professional development, during which they will receive valuable guidance from our experienced employees.

Lennart himself completed his apprenticeship at the Finke Group and now contributes valuable experience from several years in mold making. At a very young age, he has already taken on an important position in our company — a clear sign of the career opportunities awaiting our apprentices here.
We are very pleased to welcome René, Bernhard, and Jona to our team and wish them — as well as Lennart — a successful start and an exciting, educational apprenticeship period.
